Who Are We

Manonayan (MnY) is a child development centre located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. MnY offers therapies and all programs for individuals with Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, behavioural challenges, etc.

“Manonayan“, derived from “Manas” (the mind) and “Nayan” (vision, progress) means the ‘upliftment of mind’

Our team consists of expert professionals with demonstrated experience of over 11 years in the field of special needs. Naturally, our services are thoughtfully designed to address the unique and dynamic challenges faced by these individuals.

Our Story

With over a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, our co-founder Yash Aditya recognized a recurring challenge—families feeling overwhelmed, frequently shifting between therapy centers and specialists as the child grows, yet witnessing minimal progress.

This is exactly the gap Manonayan (MnY) was created to bridge—with a model that’s focused on real, lasting change.
