Manonayan (MnY) is a child development centre located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru  that offers therapy and special education services to individuals with  Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, behavioural challenges, etc.

Our team consists of expert professionals from India’s best institutes and demonstrated experience of over 11 years in the field of special needs. Naturally, our services are thoughtfully designed to address the unique and dynamic challenges faced by these individuals.

Manonayan“, derived from “Manas” (the mind) and “Nayan” (vision, progress) means the ‘upliftment of minds’

Meet the Director

Yash Aditya

Yash Aditya is a senior therapist from Bangalore. He has completed his S.E.N. (Special educational needs level-3) from U.K. He is a trained behavior therapist with 11 years of experience and is certified in more than 21 units.

Managing and channelising disruptive behaviours and teaching age/gender/place appropriate behaviours is one of Yash’s areas of expertise. He practices ABA, speech, and occupational therapies with a focus on holistic development. He believes in functional, transferable life skills.

Yash has supported over 500 children and individuals with neurdivergent needs and different kinds of disorders/disabilities, both from India and abroad(US, UK, Maldives, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, etc.).

He started his journey with a leading NGO, and has run a special needs centre in North Bangalore for 4 years. Thereafter, Yash worked as the Head Therapist at Shiloah therapy Centre for 6 years – where he created therapy programs and led the team, alongside training shadow teachers.

Yash provides training to caregivers, staff and others who are keen on learning in this field.
